Vocational Training

Vocational Training

If you want to talk about women achievers, then we have a pretty long list starting from Kalpana Chawla, Sunita Williams, Chanda Kochhar, Indra Nooyi, Baceandri Pal and PT Usha. Extention to this list, there is a longer list of millions of hardworking and determined women in our lives who go unnoticed. It is sad that in our male-dominated society, women get the raw deal. They still struggle to get rid of social evils like female feticide, dowry, rape, inequality etc. In spite of constitutional laws, injustice and violence against women is increasing which is impeding the development of women.

With a vision to uplift and empower women, csdishaaa Foundation has initiated vocational training programmes for women. We aim to help them develop the skills they need to achieve economic independence. We have conducted various women empowerment workshops to provide education and practical learning for a better and sustainable future.

Over the years, csdishaaa Foundation has driven the change by proactively working for solutions across the country. We believe that every woman possesses certain skills and strengths that are highly significant for the nation’s growth.

The initiative undertaken by csdishaaa Foundation is central to the development of the community as a whole. Under our initiative, we encourage life skills programs, women's empowerment and educational programmes, self-defense and safety skills, health and sanitation programmes, education on human rights, and much more.

Through our awareness programmes and vocational education, we strive to make our society a place where both men and women enjoy equal opportunities rights and freedom. We are dedicated to the cause and have waged a war against injustice and discrimination against women. Join hands with us, as together we can transform our society.
